Each 300mg vegetarian capsule contains

• Organic Krishna Tulsi leaf ( Ocimum sanctum) 100mg
• Organic Rama Tulsi leaf ( Ocimum sanctum) 100mg
• Organic Vana Tulsi leaf ( Ocimum gratissimum) 100mg

Dosage:

1-2 capsules with food & water twice a day for at least 3 months or as directed by your healthcare provider. Safe for long-term use.
