ORGANIC INDIA Triphala is made of only fruit pulp, no seeds. Amla, Belleric myrobalan, and Chebulic myrobalan are three of Ayurveda’s most widely used superfruits. Belleric myrobalan is a 3 taste herb and Amla and Chebulic myrobalan are two of the very few 5 taste herbs in the world. Used for thousands of years it is one of the most important herbal formulas in Ayurvedic medicine. It is abundant in antioxidants and has one of the highest concentrations of vitamin C and its cofactors including bioflavonoids.*

Dosage:

1-2 capsules with food & water twice a day for at least 3 months or as directed by your healthcare provider. Safe for long-term use.
